LightUpSky will execute accepted orders with the most convenient speed to ensure that the package reaches the customer in the shortest possible time, but will deliver the order within 7 working days at the latest, unless another delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed or can only be partially executed, the consumer will be notified no later than 7 working days after placing the order. In this case, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract without penalty and the right to any compensation. The above conditions may vary in the event of FORCE MAJEURE.
As soon as we receive an order, it is processed through our automatic system as quickly as possible to keep ordering and shipping times to a minimum.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts and dedication, we cannot always prevent a single package from being delayed in transit. To ensure there is enough time for the package to arrive, all our customers have 1 month after the official delivery time to let us know if the order has not yet arrived.
Once this period has passed, it is no longer possible to investigate the destination of the packages, so it is important that you let us know in a timely manner.
Once this period has passed, unfortunately we can no longer issue a refund or resend.
